The BACPAC Data Portal is a secure cloud-based computing infrastructure for researchers to conduct analysis on various types of data collected by or acquired for the Back Pain Consortium (BACPAC) Research Program. This infrastructure serves as a central repository for data from BACPAC projects and data acquired from non-BACPAC researchers. In addition to serving as a repository, the Data Portal provides computing resources, workspaces for collaboration and analyses, storage of data and algorithms hosted on the portal, and documentation and procedures for using the portal.

The BACPAC Data Portal may contain privileged and confidential information and/or protected health information (PHI) intended solely for the use of members of the Back Pain Consortium and other recipient(s) as approved by the BACPAC Data Access and Publications Committee in accordance with the BACPAC Data Access and Publications Policy. This serves as notification that any unauthorized review, dissemination, distribution, printing or copying of confidential data is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized or improper use of this system is prohibited and may result in loss of system privileges, disciplinary action and/or civil and criminal penalties.

At any time, and for any lawful purpose, the BACPAC administrators may monitor, record and audit your system usage and/or intercept, search and seize any communication or data transiting or stored on this system. Therefore, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy.
